im with Lem on this one...you aint no use to nobody if you aint got proper rest brah

I feel you on wanting to keep up the momentum, but you gotta listen to your body

I wish i had during basketball season this past year. Calling all those games and now im pretty sure i've developed plantar faciitis on both of my feet. Going to see a foot doctor next week to confirm

thanks guys...i did get a good work out in today,

i'll prolly still go to the gym often, but i won't stress it if i feel like i did todayimma try to get some rest at some point this weekend, but good luck with that, lol

Try a mild pre-workout. I suggest Amino Energy. Not expensive at all. There is a semi pro powerlifter at the gym who's doctor told him that it the most well balanced pre work out our there.

Speaking of Supps. @Mastery you B did you ever pick up the products you asked me about??

Second week back in the gym and all the hours I work and the little rest I've been getting has been affecting my training, but still getting it done. Managed to get almost 7 hours of rest Thursday afternoon and smashed delts & arms at the gym for almost 2 hours.

was just watching some youtube vids from Lawrence Ballenger

he a brotha and a bodybuilder so I was trying to show support but one of his videos got me scratching my head

he was pissed off people were accusing him of using steroids so he basically made the vid to tell them how he has gotten so big. Thats cool and all, but then he went on talking about how for his gf bday, they was at the gym, for christmas, they was at the gym, etc...

I understand he a bodybuilder but got damn, it seem like he lives and breathes that shit. There is more to life than that...

idk...i might be tripping

its a slow day
