Why you need some protein ? Running ?

Yeah I will be running farther than 10K this year. I am training for a half marathon on Thanksgiving. The Protein shake thing is more of a meal replacement thing. I am trying to do better by eating all vegetables and fruits. I will be exercising during lunch in the coming weeks and I need a quick filler before I hit the gym. Eating a apple and some peaches (even bananas) dont last after putting in an hour on the treadmill or bike.

I plan on mixing up my shakes with flavor. Buying one of those blenders and making a smoothie.
 
@black_samson, your Sunday legs day...

20+ dumbell walking lunge laps around the gym? did i read that right?

One week of fasting to go. I feel replenished. I got back the hunger to train. This time im gonna get the best of both worlds.

Yeah every morning waking up at 5:15 am for a 40 minutes of running + abs and push up workout or kettlebells. Then afternoon gym training.

Time for ULTRA LEMZOLA to rise and step up.

We only live once.

Yo, I've been getting like zero rest this past week, and the next two weeks are going to be worse

I feel like my energy on the gym has been dropping significantly, should I tone it down a little or keep pushing regardless??

I hit the gym Monday and Tuesday, took off yesterday, and I'm in here now... Just thinking, cuz my body feels like shit

You aint superman bruh. RESTING is part of fitness. LISTENING TO YOUR BODY is part of fitness.

Ego, Boldness and fitness is bad mix. A very bad one. I learned it the hard way. Wish i had somebody to tell me back then.
