Which one of these workouts do you think burns the most cals?

21 Burpees/KB Swings/Box jumps

15 Burpees/KB Swings/Box jumps

09 Burpees/KB Swings/Box jumps

Completed as fast as possible (avg. time 8:23)

or

5 Deadlifts/Burpee Pull Ups/Seated Rows

As many rounds as possible in 10 Mins (between 5 an 6 rounds)

This weekend will be my first back in the kitchen (gym) cooking (working out) in three weeks. I fuck my back up three weeks ago & its finally healed. So I'll be back in there like swim wear.

I hate that I missed those weeks
 
EPIC leg day for me today! Did 12 plates(1,125lbs.) on the leg press for 7 reps, 315lb. front squats for 2 reps, 455lb. deficit deadlifts for 2 reps, and even did a lil ab training and treadmill!

why workout all day? does that kettlebell shit really work...it looks like a lot of momentum involved in most exercises...I like full control over everyting I lift.

Fitness wise its definitly working. Its another way to train. But as far as fat burning and time spent to it its the GOAT imo. That and a lot of other stuffs.

Lol We did that Saturday, thought the gym was going to be chill, pulled up, full ass parking lot, asked my girl if she just wanted to get breakfast instead, smh turned around and hit IHOP up.
 
My gym has been packed this year because of these fraudulent ass New Years Eve resolution ass niggas, and they do the dumbest most time consuming exercises. Smh, I'm just waiting for them to drop like flies around March.
 
cardio day today hate the treadmill, and it was snowing, so I did a 30 min circuit, 10 push ups, 10 crunches, 10 lunges, sprint to end of court and back, 5 second rest then repeat. My last 10 min of sprints Where weak as hell though intensity wise,

Back to weekly meal prepping

I had to go back because daily meal prep was too much time consuming so I'm back to weekly meal prepping.

Listening to DrDre CHROINC 01 album.

I baked chicken thighs seasoned with garlic salt and honey bbq sauce. With a side of hand made white sweet mashed potatoes with cuts of broccoli on top.
