man, my mama got this shirt for my sister for christmas. My sister not fat or anything, but she has become a gym rat over the past year getting up at 3:30 every weekday to go to the gym.

I read that shirt and my soul got touched.

I started my sandbag routine yesterday. Bout to cop a kettlebell and really do it for real this time

after reading what my dawg @black_samson said "grab your fucking nuts, walk your ass into the gym and lift some shit till you throw up on yourself.

and then you chase that mother fucking feeling for the rest of your natural gotdamn life." , i'm so motivated now.

bruh how many sets and reps? also where do they sale those types kettle bells. as a metter of fact post a kettle bell regimen for me. all i do are one arm kettlebell rows bench and standing and squats.

If you want to start kettlebell or any kind of regiment FOLLOW YOUR OWN PROGRESSION. My sets numbers wont help you imo.

by a light kettlebell and WATCH CAREFULLY THE INSTRUCTIONS.

You have first to master all the moves.

Please dont take heavy kettlebells to begin!!!.

Go to amazon by example and start with a 10 kg kettlebell until you are confortable with the moves.

Once you do and also are able to curl it without limping your wrist then take the 14 kg...

as far for food, eat WISELY and dont follow any diet. It has no long terms benefits. Its about a LIFESTYLE not a 6 weeks path.

It reminds me acting like a fool while asking first for that 24 kg kettlbell in the shop. Guys was laughing asking me wether i was crazy or not.

Once i tried to curl it ive understood quickly.

Nearly dislocated that wrist.

Now evrey time i face it it reminds me to be HUMBLE... and listen.

Today was my first day back in the gym since last Thursday; been very sick. Deep, dry coughs that has made me spit up/throw up a couple times. Had a light leg day due to my body feeling like shit from this sickness. Gotta go to Urgent Care tomorrow, but will try to go to the gym afterwards.

Can anyone explain this? Before this workout (wed morning) I was weighing in at 229-231. Today my workout was 10 Stair Runs (down then up) about 5 mins on a Foam Roller, then 30 mins of Yoga, so not much Calorie burn there.

All day yesterday and today I am weighing in at 222-224. I look and feel a lot leaner. I know its not possible that I lost 6 pounds of fat after 1 workout, but I know its not all water weight either. Im just trying to figure out where the weight went???

Yesterday I ate:

BF: 3 Eggs, 2 Slice of Toast with PNB

Snack: Greek Yogurt.

Lunch : N/A (slept thru lunch)

Dinner : Skinless Chicken Thighs

Snack : Protein Shake and Fruit

Today I ate:

Snack : Apple

BF: 2 Eggs and Ground Turkey

Snack: Greek Yogurt x 2

Lunch: N/A (slept)

Dinner: Homemade Chicken Wrap and Baked Chips.

Anyone?

 
Depends on when you weighed yourself, in the morning (waking up) you are the lightest/actual weight I read...late in the afternoon or evening you tend to get the weight from what you've eating/ate, or the water weight that comes about..etc..so that could be the case IDK...could be clothing you were wearing when you weighed yourself..did you have on shoes...etc....IDK again

Could be the scale if you didn't weigh in under the exact same conditions as the day before, time of the day could affect it as well. Could be water weight, if you didn't fully replenish your glycogen stores as glycogen holds 3 times it's weight in water. Also, just for no reason, it can happens at times, especially if you're stuck at a plateau. In the past, I was stuck at a weight for 3 weeks straight then one morning I woke up and I weighed 6 pounds less.
