That feeling when your alarm to wake up goes off and you've already been out for hours accomplishing shit.

Last night I said fuck it ima sleep in and just chill tomorrow. Woke up early naturally and hit the gym one more time. My 11:30 alarm just went off as I'm walking out after an hour and a half workout.

Just got back from getting a 2 hour deep tissue massage. Bruh... this shit got me tired as fuck and ready to take a got damn nap yo Lol
 
Taken today, me at 190. I cant remember what weight i was last time i posted a pic. But i started in March 2014 @ 270.

Aint really been working out at all this winter. Was wanting to start this week but its been -5 all week and my car just shit out on me so i aint wanna get sweaty then go freeze while I wait for the bus haha. Might just get some weights so I can do shit at home.

No excuses man. I walk in -25 weather to the gym. It's brutal but you have to get shit done.

20 mns kettlebell swing = minimum 400 calories burnt.

 
Can't belive I'm about to go risk my life on these slippery ass roads to go get this chest work out In, if I wreck, I pray that it's on the way home, I may get whiplash or die but at least my chest will be swoll

Go buy a 12 kg kettlebell and do some swings every day for 20 mns. Gp on youtube you ll find vids.

Don't be scared, challenge yourself. You can drink tea while fasting, but no sugar or milk.

If it is -25 outside I think I'll just do some body weight exercises inside if I can't drive to the gym. No point hitting the gym if you're gonna die of hypothermia on the way back home.
