thanks guys for screaming on me that verbal asskicking was just what i needed to point me in the right direction. since then i took 1hr morning walks 2 days in a row(i got so big my back hurts a little i a can't jog my usual mile) and i did my upper body routine. since then i've lost 6 pounds.
 
Aight, I'm closing the chapter on this nonsense. Test boosters either do not work at all, or, produce such a minimal effect on the body it's unnoticeable. Complete waste of money.

Vitamins

Protein

Creatine

Thanks, I think this is it. Ive weighed myself at different times during the day just to see how much the scaled moved up and down. Right (and before) after eating, before (and after workouts) and right after waking up (and right before going to sleep).

Even forced myself to drink water (to make sure it wasn't simply water weight) this morning before going to bed. Ill track it over the weekend and post up.
 
Best time to weigh yourself and get your true weight is upon waking in the morning after you use the bathroom and before you eat or drink anything.

Throw in BCAA's, Glutamine, cross out Mr Hyde and throw in straight Beta Alanine and Betaine as my pre workout and that's all I use, all ON products

 
tried to work out this morning, saw how packed the gym was and walked right back out.

Then 20 × 176 lbs bench press

20 × 165 lbs bench press

61 lbs dumbell arnold press

10 × 5 perpendicilar pull ups.

im hungry !!!
