you can have the same weight in a little form.

that cannot replace bodybuilding, THIS IS NOT BODYBUILDING. its just another fitness route.

nevertheless, in comparisions with going to the gym for fitness and using tons of ASSISTED WEIGHTS, and paying annual subscriptions, i rather stay at home saving money and having the same results if not better overall form.

cosign. but this year i have to go hard on the studies. by 2016 i must be a psychotherapist and a sexologist. how to combine my military duties with my studies? i must seek efficiency. and kettlebells have provided me with that.

think about all the average joes that may not have money for gyms and equipement. kettlebell , in terms of being super fit , are giving you the same results. only difference is that you gain time , you save money, you dont need a big space.

if i do 20 mns of snatches is tantamount to 40 mins of elyptical training. the difference ? ive made cardio .ab , arms, schoulderd and squat workout in ONE MOUVEMENT and in HIGH INTENSITY.

With whole grain rice I use the 90second uncle ben's pack it's easy and saves time it 200 calories per pack and low sodium.

bruh how many sets and reps? also where do they sale those types kettle bells. as a metter of fact post a kettle bell regimen for me. all i do are one arm kettlebell rows bench and standing and squats.
