I only eat chicken when I'm prepping meals for work cause its the most easiest to bake and less of mess and tastes good.

This dish was really good

Baked Chicken with a sweet tea rub sitting on some whole grain brown rice and Spanish rice with a side of steamed broccoli.

I don't squat; knee issues.

Deadlift around 405.

had meniscus surgery two years ago and got back into squating light weights. take it easy and go deep with the light weights and work your way back up. remember squats aren't meant to be a high reps exercise.

...Just talley'd up my total day workouts in 2014...

166 Days

Thats 81 days less than what I did in 2013...

Thats also due to me getting sick in May and July...

I'm still good tho'...My current weight is @ 174 lbs...

I can no longer wear XXL clothing...All my gear is XL now...

Have a prosperious New Year IC fam'...
B-)

maybe thats what fucks my knees up, I do 3 sets of 12 when I do it

I only do 135 though but that shit destroys my knees, feels like its too much pressure and theyre gonna explode. And the pain lasts for days after

@Bcotton5‌ @Trashboat‌

my best advise is to stop doing leg extension. take it out of your leg workout completely.

- stretch before and during leg workouts

- incorporate hamstring curls into the mix

- incorporate dumbbell step ups into the mix. moderate weight nothing heavy (watch youtube for correct method)

- don't forget the calfs, again moderate weights

ppl tend to do certain exercises and overload the weights because they feel they should be lifting more; DON'T.

Feel free to pm me for any advise. [genuine inquiries]

lol My boy CT!

That nigga said FUCK! What you talkin' 'bout haha

lol I can do heavy squats, deadlifts and leg press with no problems, but at times, even going light on leg extensions hurt my knees. I still do them, because it feels good super setting them with leg curls.

i have no more meniscus on the outside of my right knee... i'm not missing any gains from not doing leg extension. i still lift heavy on legs, but i had to rebuild strength in my right knee before going back heavy.

So fellaz/ladies, if you feeling pain take it easy and build your strength first.
