Man I'm 22 and I already feel my right knee giving when I do my deep squats

You guys with your surgeries got me thinking I'm gonna be losing my shot soon

my best advise is to stop doing leg extension. take it out of your leg workout completely.

- stretch before and during leg workouts

- incorporate hamstring curls into the mix

- incorporate dumbbell step ups into the mix. moderate weight nothing heavy (watch youtube for correct method)

- don't forget the calfs, again moderate weights

ppl tend to do certain exercises and overload the weights because they feel they should be lifting more; DON'T.

What do you do to hit the quads then?

I don't think any other exercise really works them like that

Lose this bulking belly. I eat pretty clean but man, the idiot in me didn't do cardio nor eat many veggies so my belly just go big lol sucked... now eating more veggies and doing HIIT cardio.

I'm trying to get toned & ripped a little bit. Not on some Bo Flex shit but have some muscle definition with abs.

I already have energy but I'm trying to increase my stamina, energy & endurance. I'm doing all of this so I can get back into basketball condition.

When I get to that point then I'm wearing wife beaters everywhere this summer lol
 
Incorporating more deadlifts in my workouts. Trying to build up more balance and inner strength instead of just focusing on isolated leg workouts.
 
Do y'all wear belts while lifting heavy or what? I got asked why I wasn't wearing a belt a couple of weeks ago doing heavy squats and deadlifts. Personally, I don't see or have a need for one. For those who use them, pros & cons?

I don't wear a belt. I heard if you wear a belt too much during lifting, it can actually make your core weaker, because it would depend on that belt.
