tomorrow ill try to do 48kg kettlebell cleans and squats

for me there are the surprise of the year. i ve never thought that kettlebells were that humbling yet very usefull...
 
Was going to sit around and bum it today. But my PSN is still down, and my wife acting like a brat, might as well as go get chest out of the way.

Tuesdays: back & arms

Yes but it require a lot of stairs . however is you do it with a weight vest or a kettlebell and do push ups or squats at each floor you will burn a lot more

That's what I'm saying bruh, outside of plastic surgery, you can't. Your body fat will come off in "sheets." Wherever you house the least fast, it will cut up faster than wherever you house the most fat, that'll be last to go. Losing fat just means your fat cells shrink.

Its harder for me after a 1 or 2 day rest tbh that first set is a bitch, the body in motion stays in motion
