Had shredded oats cereal for breakfast with no sugar added and a vitamin C and fish oil supplement.

Lmao I do this. Not curls, but I'll go from squat to bench to bent over rows 5x5 or 3x8

dude was doing curls...that was pissing me off

i still got it in tho

this is crazy, and maybe its a mental thing but i remember when i was going to the gym off and on, not really being consistent...me doing 135 benching used to just have me sore af.

I did 3 sets of 5 last night as my working sets and i wanted to do more afterwards lol. I feel great today. No soreness at all

I'll be starting my training soon for my first ironman triathlon. That's why I copped it.

I did my normal routine this morning, but 2nd sesh is Leg day. Got nothing but a bunch of drop sets, weighted lunges, and i dunno what else. Those drop sets are a mother fucker though.
 
is their a dip station yall would recommend? i want a dip station cause i want to really round out my lower pecs because i cant do shit cause of my acl injury and im still trying to work on my chest. either a station or some workouts cause i cant use my legs and i want to make my chest look nice to myself. i need help. HELP!!!!!
