I just drank a Large SF Caramel Latte made with Heavy Whipping Cream instead of milk, with an extra shot of espresso. My body is turning all of that fat into raw energy so i can proceed to kick the days ass.
 
Somebody help me out here. Not exactly sure what I did but I got this sharp pain in my shoulder but the thing is it only hurts when I lift. Shits been like that for a month, will take a few days off, still there. Will only hurt when I'm doing shoulder exercises also.

You prolly went up too quick in weights. You know ya scrawny ass cant lift with the big boys...

Hello healthy friends.

Yesterday, I proceeded to purchase myself some new shirts and stuff as my XL shirts were becoming too large and making me appear larger than i actually am. I purchased Large Shirts thinking they would fit better. This morning, i went to put on one of these newly purchased shirts only to realize it was a MEDIUM. It fit quite nicely though. Its almost too short, but it fits around my body great and isnt tight nh. I cannot recall the last time i wore a medium sized shirt.

Pants have gone from 40-32 Waist

Did great with the diet for a whole week then came my cheat day on Sunday, I went CRAZY on the junk food like never before! next time I will plan my cheat day and know exactly what treats I will be eating instead of going crazy with no direction, my workouts have never been better it's just the damn eating I need to take control of.
 
Gonna hit up sams club today and pick up a big thing of Canned Sardines. Been hearing a lot of good things about them and the Macro's for them are on point for my diet. Great way to get some Omegas as well since i dont eat Fish very often and I dont supplement Omega's. Anyone a fan of Canned Sardines or eat them before? whats a good low carb way to prepare them? Or just eat them straight out the can bones and all?
