Shit nigga after you master kneeling ab wheels, you can transition to standing ab wheels. I like doing 5 sets of 20 or just working the ab wheel for 30 minutes straight (reps, little rest, reps, little rest, etc).

The way to transition from kneeling to standing is by using a 2x4 piece of wood or something similar at an incline. As they get easier, lower the incline little by little until you're basically doing them standing up with a full roll out starting from right in front of your feet.

When you master that, other things you can do to make it more difficult is to do standing ab wheel with weight vest, raising your feet higher than your hands, using the wheel with your palms facing up, and some models you can slide both wheels away from eachother and create space in the middle and do roll outs with one hand.

Make sure you roll all the way out until your nose is damn near touching the floor, full extension. Niggas like doing them shits half assed at times.

Just get the cheap one from walmart. It'll run you around $5-$10. Others are way more expensive and have springs and shit to help you roll back in. Fuck that bullshit.

Been on this IF things for almost 3 weeks now. After being stuck between 222 and 225 for a while Im doing under 217.

And with that said, Ive been eating whatever I wanted to. Fast Food, Fried Food, Pizza, Ice Cream, Cheesecake Factory, etc, etc

Cosign bruh. If you have the more expensive ones doing the balancing and stabalizing for you, whats the point? Your abs/core are going to directly benefit from that hard work.

You just angle the wheel to the left and right to target the obliques. 12 inches or more from center for each side.

If you nice with it, push the wheels to the sides so their is space in the middle for your hand and you roll out with one hand on your side.

I don't need videos, I speak from experience. Plus the nigga in the video, his form is all wrong. That's how you don't want to do it. Make sure you roll all the way out and get full extension.

I already told you, if you want an easier workout, get the more expensive one that helps make everything easier for you, except results.

If you actually want to challenge your core, go with the cheaper one.
