I aint had a soda or anything over 5 grams of sugar/carbs since April 2014.

I lied. Thanksgiving and christmas 2014 was wild. Also my birthday in feb 2015. But besides that i swear!
 
Just can't catch a break. smh Sprained my right wrist yesterday at the gym while doing heavy bag work. Had my hand wraps on, along with gloves, but I didn't have the hand wraps tight enough and when I landed a punch, my wrist went the wrong way. This morning, it popped a couple times, causing a sharp pain. Was going to do chest & core today, but the wrist pain started back up, and now it's a little swollen. smh Hopefully I'll be good tomorrow. Gonna be 29 next Wednesday and my body is starting to feel like it's gonna be 39.
 
man ive been looking on the nets but i cant find any workout routines for just a single kettleball so i can build up a little muscle. anybody know of any routines to accomplish this?

Nah nigga, you ain't look very hard. I just googled a shit load of single kettlebell workouts. I highly doubt you looked. You niggas always want the work done for you. You're on your own. Make an effort.

if any of ya'll have that flipboard app on your phone, there are like 5+ boards just for kettlebell exercises.

smh at people wanting you to do all the work for them
 
yo i feel like an idiot.....

as i've told yall before, i gotta bad right wrsit...so i don't do push ups too often, cuz the way my wrist bends, if i blow it out, i'm pretty much fucked for a couple of days from working out....

i was looking at kettleball work outs, and i saw them using the kettle ball as push up bars.....

mine arent quite flush at the bottom so they rocked a bit when i was doing pushups with them which is why i built the parrallettes instead, but maybe when i develop some more upper body strength, i'll go back to using the KBs for pushups to add a different challenge

iight so here it is....

april 14th i did 5 x 5 135 on the bench...

may 1rst i did 5 x 10 135

last week i did 3 x 10 150

and today i did 3 x 10 155

am i moving too fast, or is this okay progress??

Sounds good to me. I don't believe in the whole moving too fast thing. Progress is progress, don't let anyone tell you different. Try to keep adding 5 lbs to the bar every week and guage your performance. A 5x5 would be ideal for that, but 3x10 works too.

The way I did it, I started at I think 185 lbs (chose something that was fairly easy) and just kept adding 5 lbs weekly until I was pushing 5x5 at 255, then tried and maxed at 305 a couple months ago. Some weeks I used the same weight 2 weeks in a row depending on how I felt. I take baby steps, it takes longer but the results are real and I'm usually stronger than most at my gym, and by far the strongest in squats and deadlifts lol

friday imma fuck around and see what 160 feel like....

but i might wait till monday...

who knows, i'm a jerk sometimes... fuck around and kill myself maxing out with no spot, lol

You gon make it. If a kettlebell man like me can benching 184 and deadlifting 174 after running with a weightvest for 30 mn you know that you can lift way heavier bruh.
