i hate tread mills.....

lol, i'd rather jog outside, and just do random sprints for no reason....i figure the longer the sprint, the better my wind
 
Damn I got to progress? Man I was trying to cut 20 pounds bu the begining of may. I want my stomach more flatter and my chest more defined

If you're just trying to build up your wind, the manual settings don't matter. Crank the speed up (add a slight incline if you want to amplify things) and get to running.

When I used to run on the treadmill I would run at a certain speed for 2 weeks, and increase it by .5 every 2 weeks. Had a nigga wind tight as fuck yo.

For example... 5.0, 2 weeks later 5.5, 2 weeks later 6.0, etc... I use to be able to run at 14.0 mph for 30 minutes straight with no problem but I WORKED for that shit.

What incline did you have your routine set too??

I never really used an incline for more than 5 minutes, and it was always slight, like 10% or so. Running at a constant incline can fuck up your knees. I mainly ran flat, but I set the treadmill to do hill workouts once a week.

Idk how overweight you are but IF (Intermittent Fasting) or ADF (Alternate Day Fasting) may work for you. I had @DWO do an ADF program and he lost about 20 lbs in 6 weeks (under conditions less than ideal).

How big is your eating window?

When I did that, I didn't have an eating window. I just ate once a day.

IF - You fast for 16 hrs with an 8 hour eating window, 20 hrs with a 4 hour eating window, etc. When I did it, I only ate once per day (around 7pm everyday) but I made sure to get enough calories in that one big ass meal. I worked out in a fasted state also. @Black_Samson did this too at one point.

ADF - You basically eat normal one day and drink nothing but water and 0 calorie drinks the next. Then rinse and repeat. I don't recommend this one for most people though. Most people haven't the discipline or will power to partake in this one. This one is literally mind over body. I've done it with no problems and managed to maintain my muscle because I made sure I worked out hard on the days I ate.

@DWO did it too but he is one of a few rare niggas that actually have the discipline and will power to power through it.
