Couple of weeks ago..still going hard PAUSE. Was here at 8p.m. did an hour of cardio. Back at it this morning.

I usually do a little warm up jog and then do sprints up and down the football field

I woke up thinking I was just going knock out 4 miles. 2 days later and it hurt to wake up this AM

Taming the 79 lbs kettlebell has put my body into exhaustion.

Since last week i ve been on some yoga stretching.

Im getting better. Im just doing some 132 lbs weighted pushups from time to time.

Ill resume next monday.
 
Its time to go get that IKFF level 1 certification.

The test has to be completed with a 44lbs kettlebell.

In order to make sure that i will pass it easily ill train for the test with 71 lbs.
