So im on my first try of the IKFF level 1 certification assessment test

Ive have to do

100 swings

16 clean and press per arm

30 snatches per arm

30 frog squats

Without puting the bell on the floor.

ITS HELL IN A CELL !!! LOOL!! Im doing it with 61 lbs bell. Im dying but in november im gonna destroy the test.
 
Week2 .. man my hands still aint ready burnin like a mutha.

No more buyin lunch... (i think) ill just eat when i get home... gonna try to be disciplined on sweets gotta get back in form

Just pulled the hell out of my calf muscle, doing some sprints. Felt like someone kicked me. Lol, turned around ready to fight, nobody was there. This going to slow me down for a few days.
