In Denver again this week. Love my loft but of course, 305384728 people are in the gym and there is an actual sign in sheet for the friggin stepper and treadmill... Guess I'll be jumping up and down the steps in my room with the resistance bands on.

Kettlebells will solve this treadmill headache my dear... kettlebells.

On a side note, my doctor told me to reduce treadmills in order to preserve my lower back and knees. I alternate with plank running and mountain climbings.

You know I love my bells hun. Unfortunately, I do not travel with them. So.. I do not have them present. Must find a suitable substitute.

20 Burpees, 20 mountain climbers, 30 seconds jump ropes, and 20 reverse crunches.. repeat for 15 minutes.

Edit:

Drop the burpee reps to 15 after 5 minutes

Drop again to 10 after 10 minutes

Maintain everything else.

I did 4 79lbs turkish get ups... but im still hesitant to do it. I still got that fear effect. I ll have to do at least 4 TGU a day until that fear disapear.

Fuck fear. Fuck fear.

A lot of times ppl don't be using the right amount of peanut butter. Also vanilla wafers and peanut butter is delicious. Get a serving size of peanut butter and dip them wafer for snacks. Add the correct peanut butter serving to bread or a shake when supplementing with it.

I was going to start one of my new years resolution today but I forgot that I have to get my haircut but the same passion that I got into the gym life 2 years ago is the same passion that I am going to get back into playing basketball. My goal is to get back into basketball workout again. Even though I have a busy schedule these days because of school, my mission to at least play basketball 2-3 times a month

got a tooth pulled last friday

been eating nothing but campbells chicken noodle soup and eggs

didnt realize im eating only like 200 calories a day lol
