Went to the gym this early morning after getting off work. Supersetted squats with weighted dips, supersetted weighted glute/ham raises with incline bench, standing skull crushers, behind-the- head pull-ups, and worked on the heavy bag.
 
Trained this morning after work: supersetted front squats with weighted neutral grip pull-ups, supersetted deadlifts with upright rows and supersetted OHP with bent over barbell rows.

Also, my heavy duty dip belt arrived today! #shitisabouttogetreal
 
12 79lbs windmills done. Time for a pause then ill do double kettlebell windmills, precisely having a 70 lbs bell overhead and the 79 lbs bell on the other hand.

Had a killer training session after work this morning. Couldn't work my legs due to my right shin being in pain, but here's what I did:

Weighted pull-ups(45lb. plate)- 10 sets of 5(bodyweight AMRAP for 10 reps)

Overhead press- 2 sets of 7 with 135lbs., 3 sets of 5 with 155lbs., a single with 185lbs.

Barbell rows- 135lbs. for 10, 185lbs. for 7, 225lbs. for 5, 275lbs. for 5

Behind-the-head pull-ups- 4 sets of 5

Bad weather mess some highway plans up, so I brought the new year in at the gym & ate good on the weights last night. Can't wait until I touchdown the gym tonight. In before I start seeing whole bunch of new faces that I never seen before then magically disappear after the third week
