Those who believe in God should be able to accept that God does sometimes intervene in the world in a direct way, but they also should accept that they not gonna always know when and how He does it. And if and when He does decided to directly intervene, it's still not through a supernatural means like a lot of events told of in the Bible.

Like what? Everything, explained and unexplained that exists or takes place within our universe is a part of the universe. There is no such thing as "exceeding the laws of existence" if what you're claiming exceeds these laws in fact exists.
