...and that's when Hip Hop gets into shit, too much other extra shit being added into it. Fuck that. I'm not gonna lie, I like my Hip Hop more traditional and concrete. It's good to update the sounds, but still keep it in it's purest form.

But on a side note some genres, when meshed together and perfected works well, so to a certain degree it should be accepted it in only small doses, but nah...that "progression as an artist" is bullshit to me. You can progress and update and still keep Hip Hop in it's purest form. I never seen rappers like Nas, Scarface, Ghost, etc..adding different shit to "progress as an artist".

Bet if you take a poll of who all thinks 3K is a top 5 MC AND SPECIFICALLY ASKED WHAT STATE THE VOTERS WERE FROM....

....It would be an overwhelmingly Southern opinion.

And thats no hate on 3 Stacks part. Granted every region has a few MC's that mostly resonate on a regional level; however in the case of Andre Benjamin, Im pretty sure this "Top 5 GOAT" shit sprung up in the South as a type of "SEE WE GOT GOATS TOO FUCKBOY" response to Northerners and West Coast heads.

Just like if you ask me, what really helped Wayne get a foothold in the South was the renewed conversation of "Whose the Best MC in the game/Regional Front Men" thanks to Jay-Z and Eminem ('01-'04 Jay vs. Em debates were EVERYWHERE).
