you have a point...but thng is ...alot of stuff never makes it past the FDA trials. Monsanto gets it by when its not all that safe cause they are the FDA...but thats another thread.

there are things approved by the EMA(european medicine agency) has alot of drugs that wont make it to the US and visa versa.

so alot of helpful drugs are being left out if the trials fail...and the trials can fail simply by a machine not being calibrated correctly and gives the wrong results....thats the reason i have a $2mil policy..the FDA is no joke and has companies around the world shook when they come for inspections.
