I'm conflicted. On the one hand, this dude would still being yell "Fuck the niggers" if he wasn't caught. BUT....at the end of the day this guy was brainwashed into that culture. He's 20 and already a social pariah. i seriously hope he's being real with the apology and changes the course of his life purpose. If murderers, rapists, thieves, can get 2nd chances, then I say he should too. But he's gonna have to serve time under public scrutiny and prove he's rehabilitated.
