4. World War 3 is what the day of sudden destruction is all about. This happens at the beginning of the 7 year tribulation period. It is when the world unleashes it's nuclear arsenal. That is why the Day of the LORD is referred to as a "day of clouds" and a "day of thick darkness" and a "day of desolation and wasteness".

5. The effects of the beginning of the day of the LORD is what causes the Antichrist to rise to power. He will have all the answers to the worlds problems and he will bring a false sense of peace to the world by having the remaining nations sign a peace treaty, specifically with the nation of Israel.

6. And that will mark the beginning of the kingdom of the beast. The 4th kingdom that shall rule on planet earth which will devour the whole planet because the Antichrist will be the world ruler who will eventually demand that all the world worship him.
