Eh. I see him more as a wasted potential sort of deal. Like if he had better work ethic (the fact that Spike Lee wanted him for He Got Game but he didn't want to do the auditions and screen tests that any actor has to do.....yeah your work ethic sucks cuz) and a more selfless attitude towards the game (like he had for that one magic year in 2000).....his potential was truly limitless. Because in terms of pure athletics, yeah, I put him up there with Bo Jackson. Bill Simmons nailed it when he said he coulda excelled as a quarterback, wide reciever, shortstop, track star, tennis champ, etc. The fact that he was as great as he was without doing all those other things "the right way" just goes to show what an utter athletic freak he was.

In his defense tho.......................

if they had drafted Dirk or Paul Pierce instead of bum-ass Larry Hughes...........or they win the '97 draft lottery...............
