Steve Nash has two.

Nash was a transcendent Point Gaurd; a Hall of Famer.

He is one of the handful of players in the 50/40/90 club.

Dude should have shot more - his PPG would have been brought the roof.

He's a better player than Melo... They give out MVPs for a reason.

Kobe was more valuable in those years with a way less talented roster.

I don't disagree with that.

But Nash played at an MVP level those years that he won the award.

He is a class above Melo, IMO.

Works for me.

Melo was cold back in the day...people forget now that he's on the Knicks...but Melo went off with the Nuggets

Melo had one of his best all around years this year, he made some of that trash a smidgeon better, the selfish 1 dimensional criticism is unfair

They both great offensively. Carmelo got the greater range- post up, shoot, etc. Durant got better handles, purer shooter.

Durant is better passer, Carmelo the better rebounder. But Durant is better teammate and more positive mindset so takes the edge. He is more team oriented which I prefer.
