Got to a point I went to see a doctor about it. Cuz i figured it was something medical.

But it was a white doctor who wasn't familiar with it. And I've read it mostly affects black people.

Shit even someone on this very site tried to help me. He was convinced it was a curse. Had different remedies and shit.

Yeah bruh. Nothing works.

It got so bad once I refused to sleep. Came to work maxed out on energy drinks and coffee.

U just kinda anticipate it now and have to ride it out.

Crazy thing is I've gone to sleep on my sides then wake up in sleep paralysis cuz my body was moving around when I was sleep and ended up on my back nh.
