Well, I'm just saying that ways of preventing rape should not include telling women dressing less sexier and stop flirting because men can't "control" themselves. The ultimate emphasis should be on teaching men that raping is never permissible, regardless of what the woman is wearing. And it should be earlier than college.

I agree with you but hey the world isn't perfect. It's just like how we're taught to lock our doors when we come home etc...

But most rapes don't happen with strangers. They happen with people women already know and claim they feel safe with. So how helpful is teaching women to dress less sexy and drink less alcohol when you factor that into the equation?
