Well, I'm just saying that ways of preventing rape should not include telling women dressing less sexier and stop flirting because men can't "control" themselves. The ultimate emphasis should be on teaching men that raping is never permissible, regardless of what the woman is wearing. And it should be earlier than college.

I agree with you but hey the world isn't perfect. It's just like how we're taught to lock our doors when we come home etc...

Well, I'm just saying that ways of preventing rape should not include telling women dressing less sexier and stop flirting because men can't "control" themselves. The emphasis should also be placed on the teaching the victim on how to avoid situations where their chances of being made a victim is bound to increase.
