He went to body Tommy.....after he buried Holly and he told Tommy about him and Tariq almost getting lit the fuck up, he asked Tommy if it was him but Tommy told him no it was Holly!!!!

No nigga you got it backwards. He only asked if it was Tommy when Tommy asked "Tariq was with you?" That's when Ghost asked if it was Tommy who sent them. The way Tommy asked "Tariq was with you?" told Ghost Tommy knew about it, but Ghost don't realize Tommy BARELY found out before Ghost showed up at his place.

I still stand by Ghost didn't go to kill Tommy. He had no reason to. At that point he doesn't know who sent the Jamaicans and he didn't know Lobos hired Tommy to kill him. Ghost finds out both in the car at the end.
