I'd try it before you. It really does add a completely different element to gaming. And yeah, it works via the PS4, but you're really supposed to look at it as a new console. It's not just a peripheral.

Interested in PSVR, but there's about ten games I know I'm getting when they drop this year and I know I wouldn't put the time into it to make it a good buy. Dreams and Ace Combat 7 looked slick in the previews they showed for it though.

Anybody going to check out that Overwatch game. It seems like exactly what I've been looking for in a FPS. Unfortunately, I'll be playing Dark Souls III soon, so I don't know if I'll get this right away. Hopefully, it's put on PS+ eventually.
How yall feeling about that new ps4 that's bout to drop?

Doubt I'll go for it. Games I want/have look fine to me so I'm not all that interested. Do need to buy another PS3 though so if they pulled a surprise out their ass making it backwards compatible I'd trade up just to save space. If it's just a graphics upgrade though, I'd rather get a new card for my pc for half the price along with a extra ds4.

I'm not a graphics whore, so I'm not really interested in it. I may put in some money to get the PSVR, but I'm not sinking more money into another PS4.

Kinda used to Sony releasing different versions of the same system every gen...
First time they didn't remove stuff to make it slim, added features this time around...
Think people making a bigger deal out of it than what it is, they're a corporation so the goal is to make money plus they haven't said anything yet, just rumors...
And it doesn't look like normal PS4 is going to lose support in these rumors...

I need a new TV most definitely but I'm not coppin one for a new console. I would consider getting the upgrade if it had bigger hard drive space/backwards compatibility (PS Now is a ripoff). Even then I still wouldn't cop for $400 it would have to be one of those Gamestop trade-in deals.
