Because nothing changed desire the numerous powerups. So why have the powerups to begin with from a writing standpoint

Because nothing changed desire the numerous powerups. So why have the powerups to begin with from a writing standpoint

You're basically judging the writing without actually paying attention to any of the context in the story. They didn't just have powerups for nothing. Vegeta powered up and went from getting handled pretty easily to beating Black's ass, so in the story saying "nothing changed" is incorrect. Goku didn't powerup at all. He just learned the Mafuba, which is still in play.

You "bad writing" dudes are trying too hard. It's ok to not like the show. If you don't, just say that and move on.

Goku forgetting the seal and the whole childish animation with them trying to keep Zamasu in there, Bulma pretending to flirt, just this episode came off real silly. This is supposed to be two beings that went around killing gods of the universe it just doesn't feel like staks are high. When Frieza faced off against Vegeta and them before Goku got healed you felt the atmosphere get serious. When Dende died shit got real. Eh episode and what the fuck is Blacks power.
