My dad has lost his wedding ring 2 times and my step mom never cared

She said the ring doesn't make the marriage good or bad and it's up to my dad to replace it

Which he promptly did both times

I hate not wearing my ring.....I've had mine replaced twice and hated the wait both times

We've talked about it, he wants everybody in the house to have the same last name. I do too, but I don't think it's that serious. There's always more pressing shit going on..we'll get around to it eventually.
