Kale walked through Gokus blue kamehameha and was so powerful Jiren decided to get involved

Hit is a question mark, but he did dominate Dyspo after adjusting to him, and I cant see someone not on GoD level beating the shit out of him like that

I don't think Hit counts either. His techniques are all tailored for assassinations. He doesn't seem like he has planet destroying power.
