Aye man why is it so hard to believe that maybe Goku is trying to motivate his fighters instead of just full blown beating them ? We know Goku is stronger than most his teammates that's not even a question, but it's not as if they can't still push him. SSR Trunks wasn't as strong as Black but still managed to be able to hold his own.

Goku with the exception of Vegeta and Piccolo has had to hold everyone's hands when it came to fighting powerful foes - Buu, Cell, etc. He can't afford to do that this time around. He even told Piccolo Gohan was washed and needed training....

How much time as passed since Trunks went back? That's when he originally started training again. Plus the fact that Gohan is supposed to have more talent than Goku and Vegeta.

I stopped watching after the Goku Black saga ended though.

Piccolos new move is dope and could really knock some people off the stage in the right moment. Clearly Goku is still stronger but, Gohan has always had power of his own and now has shown he's serious about fighting again. Looks like he's going to get an upgrade to his mystic form as well at somee point. Vegeta need to get to training unless he has been already off screen.
