I personally have a problem with Frieza coming back. He's the one villain that is and has remained evil to the core. Even Cell wasn't really evil per se. He was just an Android that was programmed to be the ultimate being and that's all that mattered to him. He wasn't just going around killing people just to kill them. Not every villain has to be reformed or brought over to the good side. Let Frieza remain as he is.
