ITS BIG!

Big would be 10 out of 10

but Pac would be a solid 8.25

(lyrically speaking)

Pac is the look and attitude of what a gazillion rappers would look like and act like that, and of course a bigger catalog because he recorded more stuff! using a Rock analogy its like this!!

Biggie = Jimi Hendrix
Pac = Jim Morrison

all stars that dominated there genre that died in there 20's and rememberd as legends forever. The rockers with drugs and the rappers done in by murder!

lol 15 years later they will always compare the 2.. it will never end.. pac or biggie biggie or pac ima put it like this

pac was good BUT BIGGIE WAS BETTER.. Better with the flow better story teller and pac can't do NOTORIOUS THUGS .

BIGGIE. AND IM FROM THE WEST COAST..

Its funny you mention Notorious Thugs..

I was listening to Thug Luv and Pac ruined an otherwise great song, in the same way the OutLawz use to mess up his.

Tupac just couldnt keep up with Bone's flow and he sounded awkward, messing up the pace/flow of the song.

Cosign

'Who do u belieeeeveeeeee in/ hit the weeeeeeed and breeaaaathheeeeee its a cold ass world niggas will killl you in you sleep WATCH ME!!"

And pac groupies had the audacity to say homeboy is versatile

Biggie switched his flow and killed bone and his bars were sick

I never undstood his use of 'WATCH ME', 'WATCH ME BLEED', 'PLEASE EXPLAIN', 'FOLLOW ME'...
Tupac used to just put those in the middle of his songs for no gawd dam reason

Pac made that song,

"i'll probably be punished for hard living,
blind to the facts, thugz is convicts in gods prison
hands on the strap.

my favorite line from the song cause the beat slows down at that part.

this thread makes no sense because u got 2 diff type of emcees right here.

biggie was more technical, punch lines and stuff anytime someone mentions a line from him it rhymes and flow is good

pac was different he was spitting lyrics where u could tat it on your arm, deep stuff.

Personally i like both, if i wanna chill and relax i put on big but if I m going threw shit then a pac song is needed.

Pac: "Some say the blacker the berry, the sweeter the juice / I say the darker the flesh then the deeper the roots"

Biggie: "I' ll Fuck RuPaul... Before I Fuck Them Ugly Ass X-Scape Bitches"

Sums it up really

notorious thugs and juicy are biggys best two songs, u dont have to be a fan to feel them

pac has at least 50 songs like that from keep ya head up to dear mamma, to changes, to cali luv,.....

as a song maker pac was genius, big not so much,

i think it ends up on creative control, the nigga who controls his own destiny will be more true to himself

if puff was removed from BIGS creative path, i think he'd have been a far better artist, but not as famous

Best reply in this thread so far... Remember the question was who is more lyrical????? The answer is pretty much BIG....

However (And i say this even i've always felt Biggie more) I can easily say that Pac was the overall better artist simply cuz he was easier to relate to...

Now it's been almost 15 years... CAN Y'ALL PLEASE LET IT GO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

You'd think the 95 Source awards were just this weekend.... Obviously some people will relate to one more than another stop bringing up old shit for fuck's sake
