luda never came out and said who it was directed to, but he said a lot of rappers were talking shots at him, so he came right back and did the same...so by that definition, that's a diss and a diss song, and a subliminal one at that, which made my point from the beginning about luda doing a subliminal....which i think he was going at T.I. cuz they were going back n forth around that time.
