Pac got shot because, the *****s extorting/funded Bad Boy, looked out for the ***** while he was in NY. The ***** Pac was told by numerous people stay away from these *****s. Look what they already doing to the *****s at Bad Boy. Don't get caught up. Pac didn't listen. So when it came time for the *****s who looked out for Pac to ask a favor (Sign to Bad Boy) Pac said naw he was cool.
That **** ain't ride with them *****s, they felt they was disrespected, but didn't show they hand yet. Pac meets groupie (who's one of the Brooklyn *****s introduced him too.) He ****s the *****, blah, catches teh rape case. Now know there was 3 or 4 *****s all caught them same case. The ***** who introduced him got his trial separated from Pacs. Now if you know anything about the law that's impossible, unless you cooperating with police, is already an informant, or you took a plea deal. There was no plea deal. So you tell me what you think was going on on that end?
Pac started wilding out calling *****s snitches, and all sorts of **** in public and papers. Remember think on this level, not John Gotti big, but bigger than say Preme are these nigags he talking reckless about. But also these *****s got ties to ***** son the level of John Gotti, black gangsters, white gangsters etc. So Treach and *****s who really held Pac down tried to cool all that ****. Where Pac really ****ed up, was he shoudl've never no matter how bad you needed the money, gone to that studio to go **** with a ***** who heavey with the *****s you got beef with. Pac already saw Puffy and them *****s was knee deep was these *****s. He should've known regardless what his relationship was with the money *****, that you have to keep your guard up during war. So anyways before that Biggie did holla at pac, a couple weeks before the shooting to say watch yourself, but (He wouldn't say who to watchout for.)
Them Bad Boy *****s knew Pac was gonna get hit up that night. Biggie knew Pac was coming to the studio. Biggie didn't say **** because them *****s let be known mind your business, and puff rolling with them *****s he ain't about to bite the hand that protects/feeds him. I don't care where you from, if u rolling with a *****, hanging out chilling at a *****s crib, eating food with the *****. No matter if you ain't the best of hiomies (No Pac and Biggie weren't likE brothers, but they kicked it alot) YOU IS A HOES ASS ***** FOR NOT TELLING A ***** LIKE PAC HE BOUT TO GET WET UP. Back to Quad studio night. Cease hanging out the window showing love, like it's all good. So Pac feeling less cautious. He gets hit up. Stretch got turned out by the *****s and gave Pac up. Str8 up the truth. Pac was mad cuz *****s had no heart. How you not gonna have the heart to tell a ***** at the very least you cool with, man SO AND SO, go hit you tonight don't come through. Damn if any ***** defends this, We all know what cloth you cut from. I'll admit this Puffy in this situation is less culpable and grimey because he never rocked with Pac like that. To him it was ALL BUSINESS AND THIS WAS NONE OF HIS BIZNESS. But Biggie, that;s just grimey son. You lookout and let a ***** know.
Anyways cops on scene (SAME COPS WHO ARRESTED HIM FOR RAPE. COINCIDENCE? NO. DEM *****S HAD CLOUT) Pac taken to hospital. Now to show you what kind of *****s Pac wnet tow ar with. Name me one hospital, that any regular ***** coudl call and get the number of the room you staying in direct phone line number, when you checked in under the name of an alias? No one. Dem *****s was for real. Pac and his *****s got spooked even with Nation of Islam there (They killers but ain't got them thangs on em, feel me?), so they went to other "REAL *****S IN NY" who held Pac down. Remember Pac had *****s like Treach, Freddie Foxxx (who really got street *****s) and Black Panther family from NY. So them *****s knew the right *****s who wouldn't allow him to get touched while he recovering. There's a reason why Pac never said who he went to while recovering (Because he was another Big Time Street ***** in NY, Foxx know him)
Anyways fast forward Pac convicted guilty of sexual abuse (NOT RAPE). Co Defendant, different trial lots of prior felonies, gets probation. What it look like to you? No I actually don't think he a snitch, it was a set up and they knew powerful *****s. Not a set up by prosecution per say, but higher power ups.
No Pac did not get raped in jail, once again he did have "REAL *****S " from the outside who had him covered. Yes they wanted to get him, but they couldn't. What most fo you may not know. Time Warner owned Interscope, the publicity from Deathrow and Pac was putting strain on them, WHITE INVESTORS, SPONSORS AIN'T NEVER SEEN THIS KIND OF **** OUT IN open with crimes and etc. in music before. (Remember out in the open.) So they putting the heat on Iovine, who him and his partner signed 2pac and gave Deathrow power so to speak. Iovine a money man, ain't no way he losing out Deathrow or Pac, so he made biz move.
Pac was Deathrow before he evEr knew he was Deathrow. To appease Time WARNER for the time being, he had to give Pac up. So instead of releasing him he gave him to SUGE (Who always wanted Pac on Deathrow) So when Suge and them at first start coming to Pac to join Deathrow, he was cool on that because he had a relationship with Jimmy Iovine ( they really was cool) and he knew he would lose mad control and dollars if he signed under an imprint like Deathrow to go through Interscope. I won't go into specifics here, (Save that for a future unveiling) But basically Interscope squeezed Pac, till basically he had no choice but to sign with Deathrow, because he needed money and he wanted out of jail. Understand you DO NOT GET A RELEASE FROM ANY LABEL IN ONE DAY OR ONE WEEK. THAT PAPERWORK LONG, WE TALKING WEEKS , REALLY MORE LIKE MONTHS BEFORE A DEAL LIKE A RELEASE FROM INTERSCOPE COULD BE NEGOTIATED AND THEM SIGN OFF, ON A move to another imprint, no matter if Deathrow under Interscope or not. If you ever seen a music Industry contract you know this. (Look at the Lox, Joe Buddens, Game, all them *****s it took months to leave situations.) The only way something like this happens as quickly as it did with pac, is on some MOB/ Extortion ****, which they heavy in the biz obviously, or some SHADY BACKROOM TYPE DEAL.
This move appeases Time Warner for the time being, because it now looks like Interscope is not directly co signing these artists or Labels doing crime or being villified in the newspapers. They can now take a stance of hey we just provide an outlet, like anyone else for these people to get their music out. We are strictly distributors, if you hold us responsible, then BEST BUY, ETC should be also who carry the music. IF YOU KNOW ANYTHING, YOU KNOW AIN'T NO ONE POWERFUL ENOUGH TO GO UP AGAINST BEST BUY, WAL MART, OR ANY CONGLOMERATE LIKE THAT. THAT'S OLD RICH WHITE MONEY WITH TIES TO SO MANY FEDERAL POCKETS, THAT IT WOULD NEVER HAPPEN). So now the heat off of Interscope and Time Warners for a little, since they are strictly distributors. (Even though we know better than that. But how may people outside of music Industry do?) At least at the time. So Iovine got best of both worlds now, keeps public face fro Interscope, and keeps one of his most profitable artists and still makes money from Pac and Deathrow. Public Perception is everything, PUFFY WAS MASTER OF THIS DURING THIS TIME. "Real bad Boy's movie in silence"
So he signs with Suge in Jail with Kenner present, a contract that would hold up in no Court of Law. I'm talking No court of law would uphold this CONTRACT. Conflict of INTEREST IS HUGE IN COURTS. YOU CANNOT BE SIGNED TO A *****'S LABEL AND BE UNDER THEIR MANAGEMENT AND BE HELD TO THOSE TERMS. THAT ALONE IS A CONFLICT OF INTEREST. LET ALONE A LAWYER HAVE POWER OF ATTORNEY WHO REPRESENTS THE LABEL OWNER AND THEIR MANAGER. ANY JUDGE VOIDING THAT CONTRACT WITH TERMS LIKE THAT. BECAUSE THERE IS NO CHECKS IN BALANCE FOR WHO IS PROTECTING THE ARTIST'S INTEREST. THE LAWYER ALWAYS GONNA RIDE FOR THE LABEL HEAD, AND THE LABEL HEAD ALWAYS GONNA RIDE FOR HIS POCKETS. Yes this was grimey, but I will say IT WAS GRIMEY BIZ TACTICS, BUT SUGE DID HOLD PAC DOWN AGAINST BAD BOY AND PROVIDE PROTECTION NO ONE ELSE COULD. BUT THAT'S A HUGE PRICE TO ASK. AND NO SUGE, DID NOT, I REPEAT DID NOT KILL PAC. SO STOP WITH THAT BULL**** THEORY. THE STREETS KNOW WHO GOT PAC.
