Biggie was a better punchline rapper and storyteller and had better flow, lyricism. but in terms of creativity, impact, etc. Pac was much better.

Fixed........................

lol by that logic if cameron is biggie disciple then biggie is pacs disciple,

I don't think so because Pac didn't help BIG get signed. Am I wrong? Also, BIG and Pac's styles are nothing alike.

That's also why I call the LOX unofficial disciples, because they were the only ones already signed. I think since 1994. But they were still under and heavily influenced by BIG at BB and were part of major tributes for him after passing.

the lox was rapping before they even met biggie and was called the warlox and was on main source album they was not influence by biggie they were nifluence by g rap krs-one rakim n1ggas like that

I'm aware of Lox's History. Jay Z was in the game before he met Biggie yet he's a Biggie disciple. It's about who influenced you the most and it's clear Biggie influenced the Lox more than anyone else.

naw cam and big got wordplay and big is how he got on. that's his disciple. pac had a simple, poetic emotional style like dmx. pac did help him get exposure in 93-94 but he's puff's artist and puff signed him in 1992. don't post if you don't want to.

You whole post lost credibility when you compared Biggie to "Shabba Ranks". You cannot be taken seriously after that. Also how was "Life After Death" a disappointment? How is a Classic a disappointment? Again you aren't giving Biggie his historical credit as one of the Greatest Rappers EVER. You don't become the Greatest by dropping average material and being Shabba Ranks. SMH. Yea Biggie is so irrelevant a Movie about his Life grossed Millions of dollars. Rappers are still sampling his lyrics (Way more than Rappers are sampling Pac's lyrics). And one of the most popular Emcees in the game Jay Z is his direct disciple. You are making zero sense. As long as Jay Z is rapping, Biggie will always be relevent.

i dont even know where to start with this shit. first of all lets deal in FACTS. put ur opinion to the side and deal in FACTS for a minute. yeah big had a movie and it was good. it was some hollywood shit that half the people who were portrayed in the movie said was bullshit. just like in their musical career pac's movie was out first and had more SUBSTANCE AND ORIGINBALITY. this is a FACT!!!! puff put out his typical over the top fireworks, shinny suits, hollywood bullshit to overhype a man whose legacy was strong enough that he didnt need the hype. u dont have to tell lies and exagerate shit to the the story of biggie smalls. the truth is enough to stand on. pac's movie was non of that and not to mention pac's movie paved the way for biggies movie just like pac's music paved the way 4 biggies whole fucking career. when is the last time u saw a movie narrated by a dead man? how innovative is that??? thats like if malcolm x had narrated his own movie. thats some next level shit. again everything that pac did was next level whhile everything that big and puff did was trying to catch up and overexaggerated. FACTS!!!!!

as far as LAD yeah i said it the album was a disppointment. i was a hip-hop fan and i always loved R2D even after the beef. R2D is classic shit. it is comparable to MATW. both were great albums and i cant decide which one was better even though pac said that big jacked his entire first MATW album after hearing it 1st and forced pac to rerecord a second MATW album. with that said they were both great albums. but you cant possiby compare LAD to AEOM. seriously u cant compare the 2 at all!!!! i dont care how much of a biggie fan u r you cant possibly compare LAD to AEOM. ccome on man. lets not even go down that road. as i said earlier lets stick to FACTS and reality. the production alone on AEOM blows LAD outta the water. AEOM was death row at its peak. bad boy couldnt possibly compare. come on now. deal in FACTS.

even though pac crushed big in the battle and was a superior mc i was anticipating LAD b/c im a fan of the culture more so than just a fan of a dude. LAD had how many fucking skits and shit??? come on man. half the album was about the mad rapper and biggie singing and telling jokes and shit. R2D was hardcore and real all the way through. LAD was a man celebrating his succes and knowing that no matter what he put out, especially in that climate of beef, was going 2 sell. to a certain extent i cant blame him for it. LAD had some bangers. hypnotize, the world is filled, story to tell, going back to cali, and shit like that. maybe if LAD would have been a single disc it 2 would have been classic but as a double album it was full of fillers, fluff, and puff. if u cut out the bullshit and trim it down to a single record that shit would have been dope. but LAD had to much unneccessary bullshit in the way. way too many skits and goofy shit. FACTS.

Biggie is "Shabba Ranks?? I'm not buying that comparison. Also how was "Life After Death" a disappointment? How is a Classic a disappointment? Again you aren't giving Biggie his historical credit as one of the Greatest Rappers EVER. You don't become the Greatest by dropping average material SMH. Also how is Biggie's music not standing the test of time? Both of his albums are considered the greatest albums of any genre let alone Hip Hop. Your music and lyrics getting sampled means you'v have impact and you music is still impacting people. Yea Biggie is so irrelevant a Movie about his Life grossed Millions of dollars. Rappers are still sampling his lyrics (Way more than Rappers are sampling Pac's lyrics). And one of the most popular Emcees in the game Jay Z is his direct disciple. You are making zero sense. as far as the rappers sampling shit that just lets me know that u dont understand hip-hop and what it used to be. its obvious u r some young probably nyc kid who is just ridin for ur fallen hero. it was NEVER cool in hip to sample another man's lines. let me repeat that shit for the newcomers who dont understand hip-hop and whats its about. it was NEVER cool in hip to sample another man's lines. back in the day when hip-hop was still real the worse thing u could do or be accused of was BITE SOMEONE ELSE'S LINES. that was never cool. how is it all of the sudden a badge of honor that wack niggas are biting ur shit??? how is that cool??? its not big's fault that gay-z wont get off his dick but how is that cool??? how is cool to bite another nigga shit so blatantly and be proud of it??????? what part of the game is that????????? and speaking of gay-z u r right when u said he was bigs disciple. no doubt. the problem is that BIG WAS PAC'S DISCIPLE. FACT!!!!!!!!! just like the movies and everything else big rode pac's coattail to success. this isnt to down big its just FACT!!! pac came out first and created all of this thug shit. b4 pac came out nyc niggas was on that tribe caled quest leaders of the new school shit. they were all some old back pack lame niggas and shit. pac gave a voice 2 niggas who wanted 2 spit real shit. b4 that nyc niggas was on some kid n play bullshit. tell me if im lying! pac vouched for big when no1 in nyc knew him. when pac was a star he let big open for him. he coached big on his flow and song choice. he did the same shit for big that big did 4 gay-z. so since big was pac's disciple and gay-z was bigs disciple gay-z is himself is a pac disiple. FACTS. thats why he smacked both of them so hard.

i aint making this up. u know its real even though u will probably try 2 deny it to defend big's honor. what u dont understand is that im not attacking bog's honor by stating the FACTS. dont get mad at me stating what we both know to be FACTS!!! get mad at yourself for getting emotional and feeling uncomfortable about FACTS!!!! that highlights ur ignorace and insecurities not mine. dont take me word 4 it. check it out:

hip-hop history lesson for u keep it real, nyc, hardcore hip hop fans, gay-z dick ridion hypocrities. it obvious yall niggas 4got:

"This is what we all sit down to write

You can't make it so you take it home, break it and bite

Use pieces and bits of all the hip-hop hits

Get the style down pack then it's time to switch

Put my tape on pause and add some more to yours

Then you figure you're ready for the neighborhood wars
The E-M-C-E-E don't even try to be

When you come up to speak, don't even lie to me

You like to exaggerate, dream and imaginate

Then change the rhyme around, that can aggravate me
So when you see me come up, freeze

Or you'll be one of those 7 MC's

They think that I'm a new jack but only if they knew that

They who think wrong are they who can't do that

Style that I'm doing, they might ruin

Patterns of paragraphs based on you and

Your offbeat DJ, if anything he play

Sound familiar, I'll wait til E say

Play 'em, so I'ma have to dis and broke

You could get a smack for this, I ain't no joke"
Rakim - I aint No Joke 1986

it was NEVER cool in hip to sample another man's lines

Well it's cool. Some will agree with the Shabba comparison and some wont. I think that Jamaican influence is why BIG's flow was so much better than everyone elses. That's my opinion though.

What songs from "Ready To Die" sound like "R U Still Down"? Cause I've never heard Pac spitting Stories like "Me and My Bitch, Gimmie the Loot and Warning". Pac only said Biggie copied him cause "Ready To Die" blew up at that point and he was trying to take credit for it. Death was rapped about in Hip Hop before Pac and Biggie said anything about it. Pac did not own a patent on "Death" raps, LOL. "Ready to Die" sounds nothing like anything Pac did. Pac couldn't spit stories as vivid as Biggie did. Again post songs that Pac did that are like the ones Biggie did on "Ready To Die", doubtful you will find any. I've listen to "R U Still Down", and it sound nothing like "RTD".

Okay, I think you're reaching with the last line, Ice Cube influenced 2Pac and everyone even the blind stans realize that. To me, the easiest thing to say is that Scarface gave both Biggie and 2pac their style.
