i understand ppl over do it when it comes to pac and those ppl need to fill out a job app cuz they probably broke from wasting they time defending that dead nigga but yo...explain "average lyrical ability" when mentiong pac...cuz i don't see it. i don't see how an average emcee can paint pictures and songs the way he did...id' like to hear your take on why pac had average lyrical ability.Ishi;1768489 said:I agree He is one of the most if not the most influence rapper of all time. He didn't birth my favorite rapper (Nas) but he did influence him later in his career. Nas saw what was in his music even how contradictory it my be at times he had heart and a voice that connected to alot of peoples struggles and he said what he felt he didn't give you the bs run down and i think that overshadows his average lyrically ability and i think it should to a certain point but people just ride him so hard.

For example "abab" indicates a four-line stanza in which the first and third lines rhyme, as do the second and fourth. Here is an example of this rhyme scheme from To Anthea, Who May Command Him Any Thing by Robert Herrick:
Bid me to weep, and I will weep,
While I have eyes to see;
And having none, yet I will keep
A heart to weep for thee.

look at the shit you bolded in pac's verse, nigga
hardly any of that can be considered a multisyllabled rhyme
some of the shit ain't even multisyllabled period
"my nigga bone held the chrome til i came home"
bone, chrome, and home all have 1 fuckin syllable
how is that shit a multi?
u are correct sir..with that said....my nigga bone held the chrome till i came home isn't a multi unless the next or previous line matches that same patternjuelz21;1768520 said:this is a multi syllabe rhyme dumb ass
What are multis?
Multi is short for “multi-syllable rhyme.” Multis are phrases in which more than one syllable rhymes. Multis can be double, triple, quadruple (etc…) rhymes.
Normal rhyme: cat / hat
Multi rhyme: my cat / hi-hat
Or a longer multi: bit my cat / hit the hi-hat
