LSU did their thing today. could have been better. Getting Adoree and L Carter would have been icing on the cake.

It only means they are taking two schollies to next year. They need two things now. A speedy receiver and some OT. The best in the state is a huge Notre Dame fan. Already have a OG from San Antonio committed because his brother sent int the LOI today.

I didn't really care if adoree signed

He's to small to me. 5"11 175. If that.

Plus we got all Soph at CB. That was doing good towards the end.

Geaux Tigers

Adoree would have been a good kickoff returner and receiver since they let the freshmen go.

Muschamp to announce at NSD presser that Cody Riggs, who started all 12 games at SS, plans to transfer. Sources say Riggs wants to play CB

No not Cody. I was looking forward to another year of his solid tackling

So the Taco Tech transfer QB Baker Mayfield is on campus @ OU organizing his own 7-on-7 drills with players (because coaches can't talk to him until transfer is final.) and apparently he's balling out.

Whatever, cracker. Don't make Knight Rider run up on you and check you in the library.

Drama in San Antonio

There’s always recruiting drama at the U.S. Army All-American Bowl, or any all-star game, and a trio of California prospects did not disappoint.
One college assistant took an estimated 50 incoming phone calls on Christmas from the father of five-star running back Joe Mixon.
It doesn’t stop there.

Mixon told UCLA’s staff he was coming and going to pick the Bruins two nights before the U.S. Army All-American Bowl. The next day he told Oklahoma the same thing.

The day after he picked the Sooners.

Four-star tight end Bryce Dixon made a similar flip before announcing for USC publicly on the U.S. Army game broadcast. He told UCLA they were the team he was going to pick a day prior before changing his mind late the night before the game.

Linebacker Dwight Williams wanted to have hats from Clemson, Georgia, Florida and LSU on the table for his announcement. One problem. He didn’t have committable offers from any of the four schools. Williams was informed of this and inserted UCLA, where he was an instate take, and chose the Bruins.

Signing day is a wrap.

First offseason series: Who do you think will have the most immediate PT and impact?

For some reason, I don't really see Mixon having the biggest impact out of our 2014 class -- immediately.

Keith Ford is still the best RB on our roster right now, imo. Plus we got soph 4-star Alex Ross who gotta be itchin' to get his shine back after being overlooked by more hyped players.

Judging by how well Knight can spread the ball around and how he likes the bigger receivers (i.e. Lacoltan Bester having his best game of the year against Alabama) ---

I think one of these big 4-star receivers from our 2014 class will contribute immediately like Kenny Stills did as a tru freshman...

Dallis Todd, 6'5" out of Cali. Like a taller Kenny Stills

Mark Andrews, 6'6" out of Arizona. Big ass white boy. 4.4 speed.

Jeffrey Mead, 6'5" out of Tulsa. Could've played D-1 b-ball somewhere too. Very athletic. Need some more weight tho.

Most Likely AJax . Should end up starting as a true freshman at CB. Sark says he plans to use him primarily on defense and KR/PR w/ occasional snaps on O ala Charles Woodson.

Besides him one of the interior guys Mama, Viane, Toa might push to start at one of the G spots due to the favorite getting injured and blowing up to upwards of 365 pounds smh.

Juju could possibly snag that #3 WR spot and could possibly challenge DRog for the #2 spot. That's if he stays on offense. Was projected to be better at Safety but they said the same thing about Lee too *shrugs*. Sark starting him off on offense.

Sleeper to come in and play way above his star rankings early is Lamont Simmons 6'2 CB out of Jacksonville, 4.5 speed, only a 3* though. His offer list was real impressive. Florida been real good to SC lately Robey, Big Leo Williams, Buck Allen, Agholor, Quinton Powell. Plus OG's Mike Williams and Keith Rivers.

Chad Thomas coming to a QB near you, once he adds 20-30 lbs.

Joseph Yearby is a smaller dude but his cuts and vision are crazy. Will most likely back Duke up.

Brad Kaaya got next. You heard it here first. Leader on-off the field, state player of the year, and most have predicting him to start over senior Ryan Williams and sophomore Kevin Olsen. And his mom is Felicia from "Friday".

Only recruits I expect to play are shaq Williams, bessent, Ruffin. They showed out under armor all star week and lord knows we need that secondary help(helps only 2 corners return).

Every else we got depth

I expect the juco lineman to get burn also

Apparently Orlando Brown Jr was committed to Tennessee then told everybody he was about to flip to Bama...

GOAT taste in squads.

Just found out Vandy signed an openly gay recruit. He should okay, Julio Jones was ok at Bama. long as you run fast and dominate you good.(This was an alleged rumor on Bama campus because for 3 years he was never seen With a female around town or in the dorms) reading about the shit on the red elephant club right now.

The thing I like most about our class this year ain't even the obvious high-ranking recruits. It's the "big paws on a puppy" type cats we got.

We got a couple of SEC-Country DB's that we got that look promising.
