Can't believe I'm bout to say this. But if nintendo NX don't deliver, I'm gonna jump on the nintendo hate train. Nintendo has no business not having 3rd party support or souping up their systems properly. Nintendo always kills it with it's exclusive library so that's never been an issue. Standard 3rd party support would steal away so many gamers from other systems. Plus nintendo always setting trends and then the other systems follow with a beefed up version of it. Like nintendo always half ass their innovations allowing others to copy and improve.

Last but not least, remember when nintendo used to be the ones one upping everybody? SMH. You just knew nintendo was about to shit on the competition when they dropped.

On the third party support, I'd like to think the NX will be easy to develop for/port. Nintendo must have learnt from the Wii U man and they also must kno' this NX could be make or break for them as far as hardware development is concerned

As for 3rd party support. I don't know where you guys have been the last year and a half but it's been iterated ad naseum that Nintendo went for an android based OS and development architecture in order to make developing for their platform more universal for everybody.

In other words no more developing games around 2 seperate architectures like in previous gens. Since everything is being made with one platform in mind it makes it easier to not just develop but increase software output frequency which is appealing to 3rd parties devs and publisher.

So far every major publisher has been in talks with Nintendo about NX. Not one has yet to back out of talks.
