The Wii U remasters one I've been hearing since February myself. Which is why I decided to just hold off on a Wii U purchase and just wait for NX. Since 4 of the games I wanted for Wii U including Splatoon and Mario Maker will make the transition via remaster.

The x86 architecture rumor is pretty much news to me though.

Anybody checking for the NES Classic? Fairly pointless device as you can get most of the games on the Virtual Console.

Nice little novelty though. Fairly cheap. I've preordered mine. You can also use the NES controllers on the Wii U which is pretty cool.

I think some games will be more open to getting ported but the architecture is so different that it can't happen for most. Let alone backwards compatibility. Guess I'm gonna have to buy a wii u after it's price is cut after all.
