I wasn't wowed by it, but I think it has potential. If it doesn't get bounced around the schedule and is allowed to find an audience, it should give the writers time to figure out what does and doesn't work, and tweak it into a winner.

One change they could make right away is get rid of Cat Grant. She adds nothing to the show. Plus, Calista Flockhart looks like a fucking Muppet.
