When was the last time Dr Dre made a GREAT beat?

Compton was full of great beats, you bugging

The best beat on the album had DJ PREMIER name attached to it.......

That's the best song on the album it's not the best beat. "For The Love Of Money">>>

Just blaze said the same about Eminem, that he don't take criticism well and people barely tell him when a song of his is bad

Maybe if more people told him that he wouldn't have as much trash in his catalog

this actually explains a lot

People don't need to explain shit .. Groupies came in sayin Proof died n shit. Bruh... Just shut the fuck up.

Eminem may be talented but he got 0 classics.

^^^^^^ gotta be reading at a third grade level....

Smh@ this shady plantation housenigger I bet he called the shady crackkka Klansmen Marshall mathers massah..... Fuk how that culture vulture feels he's a idiot for real worrying about how a racist cross dressing faggot bigot feels......& Who cares about a Dre & friends ghost written & produced album alize needs to fall back & b a old white man like he told Suge he wanted to b

Yo put the genocide beat on full blast in a car or something and tell me that beat isn't GOAT shit.

If anyone thinks this album didn't have good beats you need new speakers in your car ASAP

Only track i used to listened to before i listened Darkside/Gone had a dope Kendrick verse.

Also, i've never listened to eminem's song on it, is it any good?

"Compton" was dope imo...

50 yr old billionaires shouldn't be making gangsta rap albums with club bangers and street anthems...

If he didn't pump fake 20 yrs you might have an argument here. But fuck all that. He didn't deliver on his end of the deal.

Didn't like Compton. I am in awe of Stat Quo shutting Em and Dre down. Homey never had a song on the radio and he shooing these multiplatinum niggas away.

"Dummy idiot" indeed. I respect the fuck out of him for it but yeah he dummy idiot as fuck.

Stat had a song on the Radio. ONE song lol. It was when he just got signed to Shady Aftermath and he had a little buzz in Atlanta. To announce his signing they pushed his single. I heard the song up here on Alaska radio lol.

I want to say he was featured on one of the singles from that Re Up project too.

The Re-Up only had one single to my knowledge and it was "You Don't Know". Stat was on the remix to "Smack That" though which was also on that album.

He was all over that The Re-Up compilation and then dropped an EP on Shady/Aftermath called The County Hound which was decent; I remember a song called "Ms. Jenkins" really standing out...but then poof never to be heard from again.

"It wack because it didn't capture the attention of the world."

"It had quality beat and well put together"

Wack is bad quality, not how much attention an album gets.

Dude is a D rider. If the album was a huge susses he;d call it a classic. He lost.

Somewhat Eminem issue is probably was not yes men. He's been able to do whatever and get away with it, so how do you say "No, this is won't work" when anything he's done worked or simply sells?

just watched the full interview. its up at https://www.facebook.com/HipHopDX/videos/10154306180932006/

great and insightful interview. Stat keeps it a buck. They even referenced a hiphopdx interview from 2014 where he said that Jimmy Iovine once called the Detox production team "The greatest practice team of all time":

"“I remember Jimmy Iovine said, ‘It’s like the greatest practice team of all time,’” Stat Quo says. “’Imagine a team that just practices and never plays the game. That’s what you guys do in here. All these great songs, nobody’s ever going to hear them.’ It was true. It’s so much music."
