No excuses from me, but dude has done plenty of other things in 12 years. Detox itself has been scrapped and re-booted a couple of times since it was announced.

When you think about it tho it seems like nobody is feelin' it.

It seems like Dre ain't fuckin' with niggas or niggas ain't fuckin wit' him. I mean remember the Cube shit? Now DOC? Quite a few ppl from his staff/production team left and felt the same way, Snoop and Dre barely fuck with each other like they used to, 50 and Dre seem to have an on and off relationship and same thing with Game. I mean remember the way Dre did Bishop with his first single? Remember all his old homies who felt that Dre left them hangin' just days after working with him? Remember Sam Sneed just recently?

IMO it seems like the only person Dre fucks with is Eminem and that is cuz Eminem is Interscope's/Aftermath's cashcow and anything Jimmy says, Dre'll do.

But also fellas alot of ppl don't know that Dre sold all his shares/stocks from Aftermath to Jimmy back in 2005-2006 and that is prolly why Dre is his slave now. So i guess he really sold his soul.

Definitely explains why his music production is soulless.

thats why im saying i think its a better move to birth a new artist or two rather bringing in a bunch of established artist, besides maybe some ghost written lyrics i dont even want to see jay or nas involved in the project, and theres nothing he can do with 50 thats gonna sound good anymore, one last collab with eminem, snoop, cube and a nwa reunion track with a unreleased eazy e verse would be dope or have his voice sampled on the beat, but instead he'll probably have young money involved in the project but not the doc smh
