Again, you have no idea what boon and bilis mean and Hannia is right, Somali culture really was never based on color. If you see Somalis even mentioning color nowadays, it is a product of the West's obsessions with it now that we have come to the West. Look at classical Somali poetry and the most prized girl was always considered midnight black, with black gums, a gap in her teeth, and long black hair parted with ghee. Somalis have always prized features and hair style...for example "san qharoor dheer" or "daaman godan"..high nose bridge and high cheekbones. There was never an issue of color in our culture.
