Some of y'all niggas too emotional in this shit.

No will = wife gets it all.

No fight. Plain and simple.

wife gets sick or dies soon after you die then what???

Kids get it y'all niggas to emotional for logic

what if there are no kids or what if they are under age???? the only way to make sure that your assets are passed on to the people you want is to have a will which is the whole point. What if the kids start fighting among each other?? what if one child gets more than he is supposed to get. This is how brothers end up killing each other over money

It is fucking irresponsible and fucking stupid not to have a will

Stop making up what if situations cuz we dealin with the real life of SNOOP and the fact is he got kids and I think atleast one of his kids of age so dead that shit u tlkin just to make ya point

Yeah his wife gets it, then she dies and HER next of kin gets it.

So lets say he leaves $20,000,000. His wife spends $5,000,000 before she dies. Then that last $15 million that go to the wife's next of kin, which isn't the same as his next of kin.

I mean Snoop could have nephews, nieces and cousins that aren't related to his wife and as soon as he (Snoop) dies she gets all the money, then when she (Snoop's wife) dies, HER nephews, nieces and cousins get to keep the money and Snoop's nephews, nieces and cousins get squat.

If an Heir Has Died

Obviously, an heir who has died can't inherit. But if the heir was a close relative, such as a child of the deceased person, his or her offspring may be entitled to take some or all of what their parent would have received. Figuring out whether this is the case can be tricky, but it's essential that you do so before distributing assets.

Survivorship Requirements

To inherit under intestate succession laws, an heir may have to live a certain amount of time longer than the deceased person. In many states, the required period is 120 hours, or five days. In some states, however, an heir need only outlive the deceased person by any period of time -- theoretically, one second would do. Many states have adopted a law (the Uniform Simultaneous Death Act) that says for purposes of inheritance, each person is treated as if he had survived the other. Check your state law to learn the rules in your state.

Rights of a Deceased Heir's Descendants

Intestacy laws often provide that if one of a group of heirs has died, his or her children inherit their parent's share. In other words, they take the place of the parent. According to this concept (called the "right of representation"), children (or, in some cases, grandchildren) stand in the place of their deceased parent when it comes to inheritance. Figuring out exactly who should inherit can be complicated depending on state law.

Taking Care of Minor Children

Parents who have young children and who make a will typically name someone to serve as the personal guardian of their children. But if a guardian is needed and there's no will, how does a judge know whom to appoint? In that situation, the court will appoint a guardian. The judge will gather as much information as possible about the children, their family circumstances, and the deceased parents' wishes and try to make a good decision. The primary rule is that the judge must always act in the best interests of the children.

If there are no kids or grand kids, then i guess your god has nothing more to say about the situation and the laws of man can take over.

Snoop on some straight "nigga shit" with this rant.

One of the reasons we can't create generational wealth is because of ignorant attitudes like this.

Estate lawyers doing bird-man hand-rubs chopping at the bit to get they hands on they percentage when he passes.

The majority of Black wealth goes back into the hands of whites usually by marriage, or having children who grow up in elite communities who grow up never interacting with other Black people, thus they marry white, and inherit their parents wealth.

Just look at the Jackson's.... Michael Jackson created a Billion dollar empire from Black genius... all of his wealth is going back into the hands of whites... Look at the rest of the Jacksons... Katherine and Joe had 9 children... out of 9 children only 1 procreated and have authentic Black children...

So... Snoop's reaction isn't all surprising. He doesn't care about planting seeds like the majority of rich blacks.

You just ethered Michael Jackson out of his grave.

I never really put much thought into it but its a shame that they generated so much wealth and they couldn't pass it on to the Black Community.

Having a will isn't just about money and who gets it

You have medical directives and dispisition of remains and other documents too

Anyone who doesn't have at least a simple will is a fool

For all anyone knows here he's sayin he's going to take care of it while he's alive...or has already taken care of it. Point being nobody here knows whats goin on. The funny thing is people dont even realize they know nothing about what they speak on. The simplest of sht. Of course in the end its meaningless chatter I realize that.
