what if there are no kids or what if they are under age???? the only way to make sure that your assets are passed on to the people you want is to have a will which is the whole point. What if the kids start fighting among each other?? what if one child gets more than he is supposed to get. This is how brothers end up killing each other over money

So lets say he leaves $20,000,000. His wife spends $5,000,000 before she dies. Then that last $15 million that go to the wife's next of kin, which isn't the same as his next of kin.
I mean Snoop could have nephews, nieces and cousins that aren't related to his wife and as soon as he (Snoop) dies she gets all the money, then when she (Snoop's wife) dies, HER nephews, nieces and cousins get to keep the money and Snoop's nephews, nieces and cousins get squat.
